We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for cosmetic products purchased online through this website. If you are not happy with the product, you can return the product within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery of the product for a full refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us at requesting a return. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We may ask you to ship the item back to us for inspection and offer a replacement. You will be responsible for timely return shipping and related charges.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within three business days on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. At our discretion, a store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
Shipping
